Diced - Privacy Policy

FannedUp, LLC (�Company�, "we", "us", or "our") operates a platform where users can share homemade recipes they create. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We created this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to describe to you our practices regarding the personal information we collect from users of those websites that link to this Privacy Policy (each, a �Site� and collectively, the �Sites�), our mobile application known as Diced (the �Application�) and the services we offer through the Sites and in our Application (the �Services�).

Registering for the Services means you agree to the Policy. If you disagree with the Policy, please don't use the Services. As used in this Privacy Policy, �Personal Information� means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been aggregated and/or de-identified so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.

1. Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and we do not want it. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Service is directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, then you may alert us at help@wonderqa.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13, then we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child�s account.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information is collected when you:

  • register to use the Services;
  • log in with social networking credentials;
  • submit information to us when you use the Services;
  • and communicate with us.

Information you Provide to Us:

  • You may browse the public-facing portions of the Services without registering. If you register to use the Services, then you must provide us with certain Personal Information, such as your email address, or you may be able to register using your credentials to certain social media sites, such as Twitter or Facebook.
  • When you send or post a message (text, image(s), photograph(s), video(s), or any other content) through the Services (each, "Content"), the Content will be delivered to the recipient(s) designated by you and/or displayed on the public forum(s)/community pages in which you are posting. In addition, our servers will collect and retain your Content until we delete it. Once your Content has been displayed on publicly viewable forums or community pages, that information can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information that you voluntarily post, so it is very important that you do not put any personal information that you do not wish to publicly share, in your posts.
  • When connecting to our Services via a service provider that uniquely identifies your mobile device, we may receive this identification and use it to offer extended services and/or functionality.
  • If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.
  • We may collect Personal Information at other points in our Services that state that personal information is being collected.

Information We Collect via Social Networking Sites:

We may collect Personal Information from a social media website when you use your social media credentials to log into the Service. For example, when you log in with your Twitter or Facebook credentials, we may collect the Personal Information you have made publicly available on those websites, such as your User name and profile picture. We may also obtain other non-public information with your permission.

Information We Collect via Technology:

  • Log Information. We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (�ISP�), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Application, track users� movements around the Application, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and better tailor the Services to our users� needs.
  • Mobile Services and Device Information: We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, and mobile network information (including the mobile phone number).
  • Camera, Photos and Videos: Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device�s camera and photos. For example, you won�t be able to make recipes or upload Shots of your creations unless we can access your camera or photos.
  • Contact Book: We may, with your permission, access and collect information from your device's contact book.
  • Location: We may, with your permission, access and collect information about your device's location. If you change your mind and do not want us to collect your location information, then you can choose to hide your location through the device settings.
  • Advertising Data: We may also use third parties to serve ads on the Application. Certain third parties may automatically collect information about your visits to this and other websites, your IP address, and your ISP. They do this by collecting and using your iOS devices� �identifier for advertisers� (�IDFA�) or your Android-based devices� Google Advertising ID (�AAID�) number. Information collected may be used, among other things, to deliver advertising targeted to your interests and to better understand the usage and visitation of our Application and the other sites tracked by these third parties. This policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for third party ads, and we encourage you to check the privacy policies of advertisers and/or ad services to learn about their use of IDFA and AAID numbers and other technologies.
  • Cookies: Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. �Cookies� are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer�s hard drive while you are viewing the website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Services. This type of information is collected to make the Services more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs.

Information We Collect from Third Parties:

We may collect information that other users provide about you when they use the Services. We may also obtain information from other companies that are owned or operated by us, or any other third-party sources, and combine that with the information we collect through the Services.

3. How Your Information is Used

Personal Information is primarily used to communicate with you via email and improve the Services. We may also use it to:

  • facilitate account creation;
  • monitor usage trends;
  • improve advertising targeting;
  • improve safety of the Services.

We may create anonymous data records from personal information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use this anonymous data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of the Services and improve the Application navigation. We reserve the right to use anonymous data for any purpose and disclose anonymous data to third parties in our sole discretion.

We may also store some information locally on your device. For example, we may store Content to a local cache so that you can open the Application and view the Content faster.

4. How Your Information is Shared

Personal Information is shared:

  • when posting Content within the Application, for example, public questions and a profile biography;
  • to protect and defend our rights and property and the rights, property and safety of our users;
  • with third-party vendors and service providers;
  • with your permission.

A note about marketing purposes: . We do not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission. The Services may allow you to opt-in to receive communications from third parties, including the record labels who own the rights to any sound recordings you use on the Services. If you give us your permission to share your Personal Information with such third parties, then you may receive communications from such third parties and you are solely responsible for your engagement with such third parties.

A note about location privacy: We may share your location information with other users by tagging your Content with your location information. We may share your approximate location, but not your exact location, with other users.

Other disclosures: Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information, Company may disclose personal information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (i) in connection with any legal investigation; (ii) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to legal requests such as subpoenas or warrants served on the Company; (iii) to protect or defend the rights or property of the Company or users of the Application or the Services; and/or (iv) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Policy, or our Terms of Use.

5. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

You can change how your Personal Information is shared by:

  • unsubscribing from email communications;
  • instructing your browser to no longer accept cookies from the Services;
  • de-linking social networking sites (e.g. Twitter);
  • changing or deleting Content and other account information via the Application;
  • or uninstalling the Application from your mobile device to prevent additional collection of usage data.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. But when we do, we�ll let you know one way or another. Sometimes, we�ll let you know by revising the date at the top of the Policy that�s available on the Services. Other times, we may provide you with additional notices.
